"Love living here. Going on 2+ years. No complaints. Management is friendly and prompt, and in the event of any issues, they are always quick to get them fixed. The pool is always clean and nice. The courtyard area is well kept. Extra parking is available on the streets. Would recommend!"

"This has been the best apartment complex experience I've ever had! There was rarely ever an issue, but if there was, it was addressed the same day, and most days within the hour. The grounds are super well kept and the pool is immaculate. The only reason why we are leaving is because we purchased a home. I hope the next family enjoys this community as much as we did. It's been amazing calling this place home!"

"I have lived at Lantern Bay for almost 2 years now. Matthew was a super big help and always tended to any needs I had (and continues to do so!). No matter what the issue, he always would be a text away offering solutions and answers. The staff are really approachable, and the living area was super nice and in close proximity to Chapman University etc. I highly recommend, especially for any students trying to find a place to live off-campus. :)"
